As a business coach, I work with a wide variety of businesses from Sole Traders to Large Multi-Nationals. However, occasionally, when I meet someone, they will tell me that they would love to start a small side hustle but simply don’t know what to do or don’t have enough money.
My answer to them is almost always the same. In this day and age, anyone can start a small part-time business with very little money. Here are some examples:
Online freelancing: You can start offering your skills as a freelancer on websites like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
Blogging: Start a blog on a topic you’re passionate about and use affiliate marketing or advertising to monetize it.
Social media management: Offer your services to businesses or individuals who need help managing their social media accounts.
Dog walking or pet sitting: Advertise your services in your local community and on social media platforms.
Delivery or courier services: You can offer to pick up and deliver packages or groceries for people in your community.
Cleaning or organizing services: You can offer to clean or organize people’s homes or offices.
There are many side hustles you can start for under $100. Here are some ideas:
Online tutoring: You can offer your services as an online tutor in a subject you excel at. Platforms like Chegg, TutorMe, and Preply offer online tutoring services.
Babysitting: If you enjoy spending time with children, you can offer your services as a babysitter. You can advertise your services on social media or on websites.
Virtual assistant: If you have administrative skills, you can offer your services as a virtual assistant. You can find work on websites like Fiverr, Upwork, or Freelancer.
Photography: If you enjoy taking photos, you can offer your services as a photographer. You can advertise your services on social media or on websites like Snappr or Thumbtack.
Personal shopping: If you enjoy shopping, you can offer your services as a personal shopper. You can advertise your services on social media or on websites like TaskRabbit.
Coaching: As a Life, Executive and Business Coach I may be a little Bias, however, I know first-hand how much money you can earn and how easy it is to start a coaching business.
